Russian Insurance Summit 2011 (9th International Conference on Insurance Industry) takes place in Moscow on June 30, 2011 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Ballroom 1 (Tverskaya Street 3/5).

Participation Conditions

Registration fee
book by April 24, 2011 – 42500 rubles
book after April 24, 2011 – 50000 rubles

Additional discounts for second and subsequent participants from one organization:

• the second participant of the same organization receives a 10% discount,
• the third and each subsequent participants receives a 25% discount.

Registration fee is not subject to VAT. Form of payment: cashless payment.

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the plenary session, thematic sections and panel discussions;
• Meals as part of the Conference;
• Hotel reservations at The Ritz-Carlton and other hotels in Moscow;
• Information and handouts (member’s portfolio);
• Participation in the gala dinner (banquet).

The cost of living in a hotel is not included into the registration fee.

Registration Application Form

Application form of the participant of the Conference

For participating in the IX International Conference on Insurance Industry you should fill in the Registration Application Form, posted on the website of the Conference. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you.

Please contact our managers that you have received an application.

Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from March 21 to June 24, 2011.

After June 24, 2011, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.

Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement

Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organizing Committee returns to the Organization the paid registration fee net of 10% of the registration fee.

For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organization must send a notification to the Organizing Committee in the period up to June 1, 2011.

The withdrawal,  received by the Organizing Committee after June 1, 2011, does not provide for a refund of registration fee.

Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from March 21, 2011 to June 27, 2011 by written notification addressed to the Organizing Committee.

Accommodation

The Participants of the Conference will receive a discount on accommodation at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel («The Ritz-Carlton», Moscow, Tverskaya str., 3 / 5, Tel.: (495) 225-8888) if payment is made till April 24, 2011.

• The cost of a single room (Standart) 17,700 rubles a day (18% VAT included);
• Cost of double room (Standart) 19,470 rubles a day (18% VAT included);
• Breakfast buffet 1790 rubles (18% VAT included).

If payment is made after April 24, 2011 the cost of rooms will increase and the Organizing Committee will not guarantee the availability.
